Is it normal to have an addiction to masturbation? Any other guys out there that have the same situation? When I say addicted, I mean around 3/4 times a day, every day.

I try to stop but I can't help it. It's like an itch; once you feel like you gotta', you just have to for relief.

Feedback please.

P.S. I'm an 18 year old guy and do have a girlfriend, but it's a force of habit.

    It's not an addiction unless you don't want to do it, but can't stop yourself, and it starts to interfere with your schoolwork, job, or socializing. Meantime do it all you want, without guilt.
