Its fine to like him, its fine to enjoy his company and have fun. But, the fact you say you trust him after a week, I find a little disturbing. Trust is something that builds between two people over time. I wish you all the best, but think you need to watch a few episodes of Judge Judy. There are always cases on there where people get into a relationship, and, in a very short time, they are getting loans for their partner, sharing credit cards, etc. And, as she says "Beauty fades, dumb is forever." I wish you all the best, both with your new boyfriend and with the results of rehab.
