Oral sex does not remove the status of virgin, at least in most countries in the west.
Anyway, stop whinging. What do you want us to do?
How about... have sex when a) both of your phones are on silent or off and b) there's no around to 'catch you' and c) neither you or the girl will regret it.
Most people use the term virginity specifically for not having had vaginal or anal penetrative sex.
Most people don't think they've lost their virginity if they've had their penis sucked or sucked penis, had their clit licked or licked clit, been fingered, rimmed, rubbed etc. but haven't yet had penetrative sex.
Ask anyone. The majority will have the same definition (in most western countries).
Is it normal: Ive been on the reciving end but never the giving. Why?

Of course it does. Oral sex is a form of sexual intercourse, therefore removes the status of virginity.
