As an English major I say--No! You're not smart because if you were you'd've written a different headline and phrased your question like this:
"Is it normal that I think I'm the last sane, smart, and altogether normal person on the face of the earth?"
Either way, the question is redundant and pointless. If you were right, then why would you ask us non-normal, insane, stupid people to answer?
