Hmmmm. Whales can be imposing because of their size. And the ocean, if you are not familiar with it can be very frightening. Swimming with whales can be somewhat dangerous if they swim past you closely and you are in the wake of the rushing of the water. Otherwise they are just as curious about you and will come up to you very close for a LOOK... :o
