    At your age you are still going through biological and hormonal development and it's normal to feel aroused all the time.
    Having creative hobbies will help you avoiding an addiction. Trading pics over snapchat is not a good idea as those guys may misuse it.
    If you decide to have sex make sure that it is safe and you do it with someone you can trust.
    There are safer ways of exploring sex and they are available over the internet.
    I wish you best and suggest you to be safe.
