    Networking is the best way to meet girls bro. Hang out with people that hang out with girls. Go to a bar and get to know the usuals. They will introduce you to other usuals. Tell them you are looking for a GF. People will help you. Be nice.

    No that's not normal. Most people have had relationship even if short lived by that age. Average age to lose virginity for guys is 17
