Omfg same here man!!! It sucks so bad. But I think the main reason that idont go out much because of that reason and it's make me even more shy because I don't see people and I forget how is it to be around them.so yeh... If yore the same way you should get out of the house more. If I had more friends I would actually it just a big deal for me to go outside alone.
