i don't see why you'd need specifically 20 surgeries but i say go for it. everything you listed there, i've been through and i resent the way i look. when i'm older i'll look a completely different person thanks to the odd scalpel there and syringe there. do whatever it takes to make you feel happy but don't ever let them think they've defeated you. if you're going to do it, do it with some fierce attitude and knock them fuckers flying. good luck xo
