I call BS on that one ltdan, I sweat like crazy when I wear clothes to bed. I wake up in the middle of the night because of it. I sleep nude all the time, it releases tension from people who sleep in odd positions, even if you don't do that it's still relaxing.
Is it normal If you sleep nude?

If it wasn't for my clothes i would have to change my sheets every day.
I have slept nude before and soaked my bed. My clothes allow me to not soak my bed.
