Once I was in my lesson and our teacher is pretty hot and some times I look up and stretch and she is staring at me and winking at me and sometimes keeps me behind after school for no reason and just looks at me for a hour

As a girl, who was leered at by a male teacher, I believed it was TOTALLY pervy.
I don't know how old you are, but if you are a minor and she is acted that way towards you; you need to run and tell someone. That is and never will be normal. If I had a teacher to do that to me, I would be so creeped out.
If she bends over and winks at you with her brown eye, it means she likes you.
