Is it normal if you don't sweat?

I do exercise but I don't sweat. Even when it's hot

One of the reasons why your body sweats is an attempt to regulate it's temperature. If you're normally cold, then this may be a reason why you're not sweating. I don't think it has anything to do with your actual sweat glands.

  • Lucky. I look like I jumped in a pool after intense physical activities.

That's not normal and can also be unhealthy because sweating is meant for releasing toxins in the body as well as cooling you down. You should maybe see a doctor about it or at least do a little research on the Internet..

  • Its not normal. Everybody sweats. Its too keep your body cool. Maybe you don't exercise hard enough, perhaps? Oh and how hot are you talking? If you're talking about 70 or 80 something degrees, then of course you won't sweat. Try handling 110 degrees and see if still don't sweat.

    • I live in SoCal.. So yeah.. Triple didgets are normal. I'm always cold though.. Today was in the 90s and I was wearing a sweater. I felt fine. My friend thinks that a part of this is bc I am really thin and small.. I also don't drink that much water
