With full sex, the sensations & orgasms for both sexes are different & usually fuller.
If your girlfriend still comes first, then she will be very pleased (AND want to keep you!). If she's very aroused she will be very wet, which will stop her getting sore.
If you do need any lubrication - use olive oil - it's much better than any 'special' lubricants you can buy.
