Is it normal if my friend told me that he wants to change of sex?
I mean that he is a boy but he wants to be a girl. As his friend, I support his decision and freedom.

You can't change your sex. You can cut your genitals off and you can pretend being a woman, presenting yourself as a woman, telling yourself you are one as long as you want but it won't change the fact that you're just a castrated man. You can't change biology. You can only change the surface.
