I say leave him... Comparing your partner to your ex is never a good idea. It's a sign you're not committed to a relationship fully when you do this. Guy sounds like a scumbag. He should accept you for who you are and see the beauty in that. Everything else is just being a shallow muppet that will always have a plan B ready and possibly use it and cheat, while still with you.
If you know it's not gonna work out, at least do the man thing and be honest. Never make a girl go head over heels for you, when you aren't gonna do the same.
