It is still a choice to act on that thought. Maybe question where it came from and how it got there before repeating something that isn't really your opinion. Why am I doing this and why do I care? Does it really matter if someone does or does not shave?
right you are, but I personally think that humans are very light on themselves when it comes to criticism. Therefore, thoughts are controlling yet bias is demanding.

people replicate the thoughts of others as the thoughts of their own. Not by choice, but by merely seeing or listening.
