I have drank and done drugs quite a lot and every single time i twitch when i take a sip of alcohol

    Sounds like some sort of conditioned reaction to alcohol due to excess consumption in the past.

    Internetperson is right. If you had a bad experience in the past then your body remembers this and its hard to drink... It happened to me and plenty of people I know, and it sucks
