I feel similar. My family has told me that schizophrenia runs in my family and it seems to skip a generation. My great grandmother had it, my aunt is bipolar, two of my uncles are schizo and my mom and other uncle have paranoia tendencies, my sisters show some signs of it I think although I haven't researched it much myself. They say they often will make up words for another word without realizing it. Like they will say "look at the mernger" but they mean to say window. They also say they sometimes hear voices or whispering. I'm affraid my children will have this problem. It doesn't affect my sisters lives any though. But it has caused a lot of problems in my aunts and uncles cases.
Is it normal if I'm afraid I'm going to develop Schizophrenia?
