If you feel the sense of accomplishment after a while of working out you will actually want to keep doing it. I rode mountian bikes all summer last year because
1. It was just so much fun!
2. Im a photographer and there were so many awesome trails to stop and take pictures on
and 3. It was SO addicting! If you have pride in what you know you can accomplish then you shouldnt have a problem sticking to it after you see results. But alot of people quit to early thinking they'll see results from only the first few times.
Is it normal if I'm addicted to working out?
