WE all do dumb things sometimes. When we're really stressed, our brains find it harder to function normally, so it seems like we're not functioning as well as we know we can. And we're not. You need to de-stress a bit to function like yourself again. No quick fixes. Exercise more, rest, eat good food, talk to your friends and family and try to do somethings you like to do to make yourself happier.
