You have to remember though, certain jokes can be very offensive and out of line even to people with a very flexible sense of humor so to speak.
I like to think I have a great sense of humor and I am not usually offended. I find most typically offensive jokes rather funny. Like the kind of stuff Anthony Jeselnick or Jim Jeffries joke about. Rape jokes, religion jokes, dead baby jokes, they're jokes, so to me they are funny but to many others they're extremely innapropriate.
However, don't make an overly crude sexual joke around me, or a joke about abusing animals, because I will tear you a new one, you know? Now how I feel about those types of things, others may feel the same about some of the things you say/joke about.
I'm not siding with overly sensitive people, believe me. They are annoying as hell and I wish they would lighten up. But, try and see where they're coming from, that's all I mean.
