Make him give oral to you before entering the field. You will be more 'relaxed' afterward, therefore, things are going to be much less painful.
You may try to use lots of lube as well, for first time I recommend this one for example:

Okay check out that lube on that website.
Try to do it very very slowly after you feel ready. Tell your guy to be very gentle.
