I think the ability to shrug something off is excellent - but overdone is problematic.
If you are otherwise happy, in a good state of mind, and function well, and make strides forward - i'd say don't worry!
If you do not care about improving yourself, or advancing in anyway, or making efforts for others (who make effort for you), i'd look into possible reasons as to why you feel this way.
Yeah when I shrug something off its like I'm gonna be positive and move on. Its not hard for me to do like if I fucked up at work for ex I'm just going to be like oh well tomorrow is a new day so l strive for a better day. But this hope I have almost might look like I'm delusional or in my own world to other people like no this is serious and you're supposed to feel bad...well I don't because for some reason I'm just moving on. Its natural for me to not care so much. Life is short so I'm glad I don't stress a lot.
IIN if I don't take anything seriously?
