I'm the same way except my body reflects my eating habits. I weigh about 175 at 5'10. I work out a lot, but there's still a fair bit of subcutaneous fat. Just like you, my upper body seems to be the only place where my workouts burn fat while my lower body stores the rest.
Is it normal if I can't stop eating?
