Nevertheless, yes it's normal to not be able to do all-nighters. In fact one should -always- get a good night's rest. It is critical for body-builders, people who are ill, students, people on diets. There is nothing beneficial about pulling an all-nighter besides the fact that you have time to do whatever you need to. Just because people brag about something does not necessarily make what they do any better. You should know that, you seem smart.
And this is coming from someone who pulls all-nighters all the time. Heck, given that it's 5am, with class at 8am, this will most likely be one.
