I keep every thing I get given. I still have nanas Christmas cards when I was 5. The idea is when I'm old I can pull them all out and remember all the people and events that touched my life. Included are letters from all my ex's. But I'd still feel a little crap if I found my boyfriend did the same thing. Hypocritical I know but that's how it is. I suppose we need to understand that we are not the only people in their life and their life started long before we came into the picture. It has nothing to do with the way they feel about YOU and that is what matters. I know this because even though I keep letters from ex's I don't want to be with them I want him. It's important to leave the skeletons where they are. Deep in his drawer.
