Comparing the US with Honduras is extremely disingenuous. They are not the same thing at all. Also, what time period are you from, the 1940's? Nobody gets their shoes shined anymore. Even if they did, almost nobody is going to hire someone who looks the way most homeless people do. And that's regardless of the job. Most homeless people aren't just sitting and doing nothing. Most are trying to get a job. Some aren't homeless for very long. Others aren't so fortunate. you have absolutely no understanding or sense of nuance if you honestly believe that all homeless people are bums. Either that or you just don't have any empathy.
