When ever I see a someone, especially a boy with bieber style hair I always get the urge to want yo touch it to see what it feels like. James Maslow specifically. I want the hair to feel silky smooth.
It's normal to look and want to touch someone's hair. Just don't actually touch it.
In my Calculus class i sit behind this dude who's hair looks really soft and sometimes i have the urge to touch it. But then i remember that he can act like a douche bag and that makes his hair look like it belongs to a cabbage patch kids. :p EEWWWW

You need to be careful who you do that with. I've had several people in the past coming up to me touching my hair and wondering what I do to it. At the beginning it was fine, but after a while it became very annoying. It's normal for you to want to touch their hair, though.
