  • Sleep is as close as we get to enlightenment. Sleep helps dive into our brains and understand things that have or haven't happened, as well help prepare for us for foreseen and unforeseen situations. It also helps our bodies recover from trauma in that it relaxes our whole bodies completely and let's us concentrate on healing ourselves. Sleep is one of five of the most important functions of our daily lives. The other four are breathing, eating, waste removal, and moving.
