A bicycle rider is subject to following the Rules of the Road (which vary from region to region).
A 'motor vehicle' operator usually has additional responsibilities when meeting, passing and overtaking bicycle riders. Please check your local legislation.
Doctors and hospitals are very expensive.
Perhaps we should make a law, where the person who is deemed to be 'at fault', should pay for the preceding?
