I talked to a Marxist college professor briefly at a dinner party. He scoffed at my knowledge of economics, simply saying that capitalism was immoral and bourgeoisie like me should be shot.
Imagine the nerve. A professor should be capable of critical thinking, but instead he is sassing off like a televangelist. I expect and tolerate losers in society. They are pursuing happiness in their own twisted way. But this guy had no more mental discipline than a car wash employee.
Those same college professors are the ones creating these entire generations of socialist foot soldiers in these college kids today. They've consistently for years now encouraged their students to incur massive amounts of debt for a degree in "cultural studies" (essentially worthless) the student graduating with the very real idea that a cushy government job will be somehow provided for them.
The next bubble to burst is that debt. Kids will be walking away from it in droves.
The only sensible economic system for a large population base with fluctuations in immigration is capitalism. It's the only system that has the capacity to raise people out of poverty. Socialism rewards people for doing essentially nothing and will never help anyone overcome poverty. The idiotic politicians who have run our inner cities into the ground have been doing this same thing for decades and the morons in those same inner cities still do not understand this.
Yeah, those left wing douchebags make me sick. To be completely honest though this cultural studies bullshit is completely new to me especially with regard to kushy government jobs. Is is some diversity/multiculturalism shit?
I was in the office of an academic advisor on Monday to pick out some classes, she asked if I was interested in working in "social justice", I was curious as to what all that meant in a more specific sense, but I didn't ask, because I was short on time, and besides it felt like a waste to make her explain about something in which I'm probably not interested in working. On a certain level I was rather annoyed when she asked if I was interested in working in social justice as I just assume it's some socialist bullshit. Mostly I'm just curious about all of it.
Social justice isn't even an actual field of work. It's more like a movement. Most of them have gone way past what they actually intended to do and are now doing more harm than good.
Look at some of the videos of the Confederate statues being torn down and you'll see plenty of idiotic white people cheering and some even going so far as to stomp or kick the statue, which won't do anything more than giving them a broken toe.
These people (college kids really) have been taught to be this angry and encouraged by those same advisors you just dealt with.
It is disgusting, because these leftist professors are teaching young people to be like them. It's funny that you should compare them all to televangelists though, because this whole thread got me looking online at a list of the most liberal colleges, and then of course I looked for a list of the most conservative colleges the majority of which where private Christian schools. To be more specific I saw that the Catholic institutions of higher learning offer what is called a classical education with an emphasis on Greek philosophy, and logic & reason. Of course all of those things are the opposite today's slimebag, ultra left-wing, pseudo-intellectuals. What they are doing is basically just indoctrination.
Yes they are. Do remember that a Business degree from any accredited university only gives you the statistics, accounting, and associated background to run existing corporations for the ultra-rich. Secrets of market dynamics, and inside sales are given to only a few in special societies.
IIN I went to a leftist university but became pretty much alt-right?
