A few years ago I was deathly ill from a parasite I caught in Tokyo. When I got back, I dropped a third of my body weight in 3 months. It took a long time for that weight to come back, and in the meantime I would resort to wearing tights under my jeans just so they'd stay up and a couple of layers on top
Is it normal I wear multiple layers so I don't feel skinny?
