Ahh... Sorry... Ok, if you're not into her, then you will need to talk to her. Start the conversation just like I suggested above, and if she says anything that can be construed as "she's hot for you", very subtly hint that you only see her as a sister, and that's all it can be. Most important, be supportive.
If she is attracted to you, she will feel rejected. If you are not using open language (ie you're not stating your feelings directly), you'll have to, again subtly, tell her you understand her feelings and it's ok, you don't feel the same way, but you'll always be there for her.

If she's NOT attracted to you, as 'quentari' said, she may have wanted it as a bonding exercise. She may have questions about sex & such, but felt too timid to ask. She may have wanted to stretch open the boundaries of your relationship a little to include even more sex-talk.
