Is it normal i watch programmes like the biggest loser when i work out

I work out a lot at home
When I work out I like to watch television like supersize vs superskinny and the biggest loser
Is it normal that I want to see hugely overweight people when I work out?

  • Biggest Loser is a terrible show. Read about what happens behind the scenes, the compounds extreme rules,etc. By watching it, you boost it's ratings, it's power and revenue.

    You'd be better off watching something else when you work out like, "Coupling".
