Uh. he was probably trying to hookup with you? you didn't take the bait, which probably irked him. I mean its a good thing you guys didn't hook up, bc of the way hes treating you after the fact. Guys are nut jobs in HS.
Dont forget that you guys are teens, and don't really make great decisions. He probably doesnt realize, or care, how you feel about his actions.
