God damn. I'm sorry this had to happen to you. No, it's not normal for any of this to happen. Your teachers are complete assholes for not paying attention to you a bit more. They should treat you a lot better than they should and so should the students!
However, to burn the building down? That seems a bit harsh does it not? To show violence back at whoever is hurting you, unless it's out of self-defense, is only stooping down to their level. I'm not saying you can't, that's entirely up to you. Think of all your options though before you do anything and think of the consequences. What good and bad could possibly come from doing this, this, and that? Think about it long and hard before you do anything you'll come to regret.
