I think your treading on thin ice. First of all like bazwell (36351) said,"don't ignore it...explore it." Don't make assumptions for him. I would back off a bit. He may not say he doesn't want to talk; although he may. If he is not that into you then you'll look crazy and he will get annoyed. Take a deep breath and lay it out to him. You'll have your answer and you won't tie your brain in knots thinking about it.
