You're just overwhelmed with thoughts and feelings, you'd be surprised how qualified some therapists are. They've seen a lot, you're not that special probably. Same with the first gynecologist visits - girls are afraid they're different, ugly, abnormal, but it always turnes out the doctor is completely not amused and just does his thing and does it good
The mental health system is shit. Nothing but a scam. Thats why most mentally ill people go jobless, homeless and live shitty lives without help and nobody gives a fuck.

Been to plenty and my experience has mostly been that they are incompetent, but I have heard other people describe much worse problems with them.
