  • It's not an opinion when it's wrong.

    • Who says it is wrong? You? Who says it is being an "asshole"? You? That's your opinion. It doesn't mean you get to censor my opinion. And yes you need to familiarize yourself with freedom of speech rights. If I am not putting anyone's life directly in danger i.e. yelling fire in a crowded theater, I have every right to say what I want.

      • You're a moron.

You don't have a "right" to freedom of speech on a privately owned website. This website is not a government entity, it was created by an individual who can set forth whatever terms of service he wishes.

Any moderator would be here to objectively enforce the terms of service, which can be anything the site owner wants. If he wants to ban anyone who uses the word orange, then he has the right to do so. You've violated the TOS of this website on multiple occasions, which is why you have been banned on multiple occasions.

If you don't like it, go start your own website, you whingy twat.

        • Yes I do have "freedom of speech" here. Are you a first amendment litigator? I freely admit that I am not. Are you familiar with the ACLU?

The ACLU believes in an uncensored Internet, a vast free-speech zone deserving at least as much First Amendment protection as that afforded to traditional media such as books, newspapers, and magazines.

The ACLU has been at the forefront of protecting online freedom of expression in its myriad forms. We brought the first case in which the U.S. Supreme Court declared speech on the Internet equally worthy of the First Amendment’s historical protections.

As long as I have not threatened or outright talked about such things as a terrorist act I am planning, i.e. the equivalency of yelling FIRE! in a crowded theater. I have every right to say what I feel regarding any topics that I care to comment on.

You also used a couple terms that a reasonable person could consider offensive towards me and you are commenting from an account clearly created to harass an older gentlemen that frequents this site.

          • *rolls eyes at your absolute fucktardation*

Let me elaborate, you nickel that even drunk homeless people won't pick up because it's laying on a pile of dog feces...

The key letter in that fancy acronym there is A for 'murica, which means that you are discussing "rights" that are only applicable to a fraction of the internet population. When you're discussing the right to free speech on the internet, what you are referring to is the allowable content on an American based website...what is accessible and legally postable, but these freedoms obviously don't extend to the entire internet or what is accessible in other countries.

This has nothing to do with the terms set by private website owners, it merely addresses the broad notion of censorship, and as America seems to value private enterprise over personal rights, I don't see your utter douchebaggery here as a protected right in any sense of the word. Simply put, your argument only holds water in a very limited context.

It doesn't matter how you try to spin it, website owners are still entitled to set their own terms of service...fucking deal with it.

Oh, and by the way, I haven't used that account to abuse the sailor in ages...

And, as someone who's always crying more bitch tears than a hooker gagging on a smelly man's penis about how awful political correctness is, I figured you'd be less of a fucking pussy about a few insults...but of course, pussy is pussy.

            • And I merely clicked the ok button when setting up the account. It's not legally binding by any sense of the term , you just disagree with the opinions I express, as I may do with your opinions. You aren't right or wrong and neither I am. And here I am, still with this screen name saying what I wish to say.

You can argue it all you want but here I am, commenting as I see fit to do so. If you don't agree with it, we'll you'll just have to live with that.

The ACLU rhetoric I took directly from the website. Freedom of speech, protected online. Clear as day. So you disagree with what I say? Well that breaks my fucking heart. ACLU is the American Civil Liberties Union. So you can stop being all butt hurt over your website having differing opinions from different people being expresed.

The insults do no credit to your pathetic crusade. But I'm sure you'll find some more for next time.

              • I don't need to insult you, you've insulted yourself by missing the point...once again.

This has nothing to do with me agreeing or disagreeing with your opinions. I could care less about what you post here.

You are simply wrong. When you click the "ok" you are essentially entering into a contract. It's not legally binding in the sense that the law doesn't give two shits about you being banned on a random website, but if you were to attempt to make it a legal issue, you would have absolutely no grounds and no legal recourse.

By clicking "ok," you have indicated that in order to use this site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of service. Should you violate those terms, you will be removed from the site. Once you wilfully enter a contract, fully aware of the terms and wilfully agreeing to them, you can't backtrack and challenge the terms themselves. That's simple contract law.

The only reason you are still here, is because the moderator is inactive.

The ACLU nonsense doesn't even apply here, as that has to do with content accessibility and limitations on what content can initially be posted by site owners, not what random commenters can post. The site admin still reserves the right to remove any content you post regardless, especially since you explicitly agreed to the terms of service set forth by the admin.

I'm sorry you can't understand that, but you are wrong. You have no "right" to be here and no "right" to post whatever you want...and btw, you sound like an entitled twat when you throw the word "right" around where it doesn't even apply.

                Comment Hidden ( show )
          • I disagree. The ACLU is something different.

The The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) has been protecting Freedom of Speech on the internet.

You must be that dirty Jewish rat, can't agree on everything but at lease we have the same skin color.

            • That's taken directly from the website, so if you'd like to do some actual research instead of raping children, by all means, have at it.

Not that I care one way or the other.

              • All I know is I can do whatever the fuck I want on this website whether it's "right" or "wrong" whether people like what I have to say or not is of no concern to me.

What really matters is there's nothing anyone can do about it. They can cry all about whats "right" and report you to the FBI. Report your comments. Use the Karma system against you but what it really boils down to is I'm an outlaw and the law only applies to those whom hold those values. I can and will do what ever the fuck I want to on this site and there's nothing anyone can do about it but cry.

I got a raging hard-on when "you've been reported to the FBI" post was erected.

Captain, keep those nerve stabbing comments coming. Dirty-jew-rat don't make me fire up that oven...

            • I'll have to google that, moe. I think this fingernail that you found in your bowl of grocery store chili copy pasted a bunch of bullshit from the ACLU website without reading, which is why he used the random royal "we."

This other black people hating troll is making you guys look bad.

              • It was copied and pasted, not that you'll accept that or say anything other than silly insults again.

You seem to think "agreeing to terms" by some website creator is legally binding for some stupid reason. It isnt, not yet anyway, until that time comes your argument is stupid and a waste of your time.

                Comment Hidden ( show )
        • You immediately lost the argument when "You're a moron" was the first thing to come out of your trap. I love debating but sadly I didn't read the rest of your comment on general principal.

          Comment Hidden ( show )
      • No, you don't have a "right" to say what you want. That "right" becomes invalid when you promote hate towards other people.
