  • I just ate Brown Cow yogurt and have some dried bananas, dried mangoes, and pecans for my mid morning snack.

    Lunch will be a turkey, spinach, and cheese wrap with carrots and an apple. I'll probably eat a granola bar for a snack later.

    Dinner will be leftover lentil soup. And then a satsuma.

    Thank god for dried fruit and nuts, I'm hungry.
