Sounds like he deserves it. Just think it through and don't end up making things worse for yourself by getting sent to prison or anything.
It's true that he was probably bullied too, had a bad home life, vicious circles and all that stuff but if you feel entitled to vengeance and think you can get away with it, then do it. Why should the buck stop with you? What goes around comes around.
I don't really think he had a bad life, his mother always apologized to my parents whenever he did something to me and told them she's tried everything to stop his behaviour but nothing never worked, his mum was very nice and she was rich, not sure about the dad though because I never met him so maybe his dad might of been shitty but still I don't think that allowed him to fuck me up so badly.
Honestly if I ever see him again I want to ruin his entire life before making him die
