This leads us to my next point. A Molotov cocktail is a home made explosive fire-bomb consisting of a glass bottle filled with petrol (or strong vodka) and a kerosene soaked rag which acts as a wick. Other materials can be used for the wick to give the Molotov cocktail various properties. It can be used underwater by entwining the wick with Magnesium strips, and can be used as a time-bomb by replacing the rag with a slow burning reed.
Remember this information dearly, and learn it by heart if you ever visit Leningrad. It could save you from a slow and painful incineration.
I am not from Russia. I also do not make a habit of constructing homemade bombs. Are you telling me your country is full of terrorists? It is not something taught in school where I grew up. In fact any sort of weapons or talk about it in school is frowned upon.

Im not sure what a molotov cocktail is. It sounds like a drink you would make of car fuel. I know that cant be right though. I dont drink.
