    Are you really into pain?
    In this day and age cosmetic surgery is very common and many procedures are out patient.
    It will cost you much more to repair damage you do to yourself than just change it.

      Can't really say I'm into pain.

      I do know that, I do. It just seems like its the only option I have when I get really paranoid and depressed about my nose.
