First off, that's a horrible boss. If you want money out of it, why don't you report him and eventually sue his company?
Second, don't do prostutiton. It's illegal and highly dangerous. Numerous serial killers have picked up prostitutes to get an easy kill, rapists, etc.
If you like sex, and if you feel comfortable sharing your body in exchange of money, why not? You should do escort since it's not illegal and a lot safer. Be a high-end escort and have respectful and safe clients. Good luck and you can always try new things and go back to another job if it doesn't fit you.
