Try asking her nicely. If it is really driving you crazy you might be somewhat relived. Happened to me before but your case sounds more extreme. Worse comes to worst you could just move away and get her out of your life.
If he wants to rape her, then doesn't that mean he needs to ask first? Thats literally how you avoid rape. If she says no, he leaves. Its this thing called consent, and I'm trying to make sure he gets it.
