I don't get why your sister breaking up with his uncle would have any affect on you dating this guy plus that's a hypothetical situation. Who cares? It might happen, that doesn't mean that it will.
I think who you date/fool around with has nothing to do with your sister. It's not like her bf is his brother or something. it's just an uncle...
