    i thought about that. about regretting it. but at the same time. i might not regret it

      Ha are you serious? Your nose isn't even big. I've seen some gigantic noses with nostrils to match and that nose you got there is petite if not average sized.

      I wouldn't be surprised if the plastic surgeon told you he doesn't see the problem.
