I can relate. I had sex with 2 brothers - not a 3some - but for couple of months was secretly fucking both of them. As far as I know, they still don't know about it.
A 3some will not happen immediately, but with small intimate moments (movies, swimming, cookouts, and even sexting), it may eventually happen. You could talk to the sister and see what her feelings are, but only if she can keep it secret.
I suggest you mention it to them in passing - perhaps as a joke - that it would be crazy if it happened and all 3 of you became a family. If your relationship with your fiance' is open, and strong enough to not have jealousy, then you may be able to talk to them about it. Otherwise, you may have to have sex with them both separately an discreetly.
