So i don't know if my number is considered high or low for my age so just wondering if it's normal. I am practicing abstinence now tho for personal religious reasons. I've had sex with 7 people and I'm 22 years old.

However many people you've slept with is your business and yours alone. Normal doesn't come into it.
I know middle-aged people who do not look unhappy, and there number is 1. You can talk about a statistical number, but each person is an individual. Listen to your inner voice, do not follow stupid statistics.
There truly is no such thing as a "normal" number of people to have had sex with. I'm 22 and have had sex with about 30 people, but considering I lost my virginity at 14, that's only like 2 people per year. Somehow people tend to think that's outrageous, and I have no idea why. It really doesn't matter.
Ehhh, 'normal' is a very subjective term; one that is always changing with time and varies from person to person. While some of the commenters see that as pretty average, I myself see it as being just a little high. But it's not terrible (I won't hassle you, don't worry). Plenty of people have had a lot more, and plenty have had less. Just do what makes you happy, and be safe about it.
