That was basically everything I said and people still think I am wrong for caring. I find it sad how irresponsible some People are. They do not value relationships, family or pets. I find it sad that people do not value these commitments like this. To simply say "Well its a pet not human so let it die". As if these animals do not feel fear. As if these animals do not feel pain. Only a responsible pet owner would be willing to die for its pet. You sound like a responsible person and thats a very respectable quality. It means something to own a pet. They are not garbage.
Is it normal I treat my animals like children?
